The website arai.org.ro (hereinafter referred to as the “website”) is owned and operated by CRED în medicină, in its capacity as a service provider for the Romanian Association of Interventional Algeziology (ARAI).

Through this website, you can purchase electronic publications (hereinafter referred to as "digital materials") provided by ARAI. Each digital material is presented on the site along with its title, description, and the price applicable at the time of the order. Prices are expressed in Romanian Leu (RON).

For ARAI members with an active subscription, the discounted price shown on the material page is applied automatically, with no promo code required. The discount is based on membership status at the time of payment and cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders.

Orders are completed online via the Stripe payment processor. Your card details are entered and processed exclusively by Stripe; CRED în medicină does not collect, view, or store your card number. An order is considered accepted once payment has been confirmed by the processor.

Access to your purchased material is activated immediately upon payment confirmation and remains available in your member account under the "My Materials" section. Downloads are provided via a personal link, generated on demand and valid for a limited time.

By purchasing this digital book, the buyer is granted a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive right to use it, solely for personal and non-commercial purposes.

The digital book is for the exclusive use of the original purchaser. It is strictly prohibited to transmit, distribute, share, copy, or make it available to any other person, by any means whatsoever.

It is strictly prohibited to publish or upload this book, in whole or in part, on the internet, social media, groups, messaging platforms, cloud storage services, or any other platform.

This book may not be resold, transferred, rented, or used for commercial purposes without the prior, express, and written consent of the copyright holder.

Download access is limited to a maximum of 10 downloads per 24-hour period for each purchase.

Each digital copy is linked to the purchase data. In the event of unauthorized use or distribution, the rights holder reserves the right to identify the source of the copy and take all available legal action to protect their rights, including seeking damages for any harm caused.

All copyrights and intellectual property rights regarding the book and its content belong to the rights holder. Purchasing the book does not imply the transfer of these rights to the buyer.

By accessing this digital content immediately, you expressly agree that delivery begins before the statutory withdrawal period expires and acknowledge that, once delivery has started, you waive your right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable law.

If access is not activated or the file cannot be downloaded due to technical issues on our part, and the problem cannot be resolved, the full amount paid will be refunded using the same payment method used for the order.

Invoices are issued electronically and sent to the email address associated with your account within 7 days of payment confirmation. The prices displayed include VAT at a rate of 21%.

Complaints should be sent to office@arai.org.ro and will be answered within a maximum of 30 days. Consumers may contact the National Authority for Consumer Protection (anpc.ro) or an alternative dispute resolution entity, in accordance with Government Ordinance no. 38/2015.
