Hands-on training and interventional techniques
Under the guidance of a team of national and international experts, participants practiced interventional techniques applied to the:
- cervical, thoracic, and lumbosacral regions;
- forearm and hand;
- hip;
- posterior pelvis.
The workshop combined theoretical training with hands-on practice, focusing on the immediate clinical applicability of pain management techniques.
National and international trainers
The course was coordinated by Dr. Ovidiu Palea, Senior Consultant in Anesthesiology and Intensive Care, FIPP, and President of ARAI, alongside a team of specialists with extensive experience in interventional pain therapy from Romania and abroad.
International participation and an interdisciplinary approach contributed to a valuable exchange of experience and strengthened the participants' practical training.
Medical education for modern pain management
The ARAI workshop highlighted the importance of continuing medical education and practical training in the development of interventional pain therapy, with the goal of improving the application of modern techniques and, ultimately, the quality of life for patients.
